We did it!
In 2 hours we named our Program, picked our color scheme, developed a mission & vision statement and solidified our Princess Principles.
I don't know if these young ladies realize what a feat this really is! I have spent hours and yes days with ADULT team members trying to craft a vision and mission statement -- only to leave frustrated and the task incomplete.
You ladies should be very PROUD. AWESOME JOB!!!
