“Taking It To The Streets

A Rally for Peace in Our Communities/

Guinness Book of World Records Double Challenge”

The mission of this event is to leverage the strength and notoriety of the Guinness Book of World Records brand to bring the Greater Plainfield community together around a positive platform, and our event vision is to bring together the community by having an event that will positively impact and highlight the rich reso...urces of Plainfield and the surrounding areas.

This rally is an answer to the negative images that plague Plainfield and other urban cities. This rally is an answer to critics who naysay and choose not to believe that cities and citizens of cities can rally around a positive cause and send a positive message. To Educators Everywhere but ESPECIALLY to My Plainfield Homies!

I copied this from a friend's FACEBOOK page.  It was just the perfect sentiment!

In a completely rational society, the best of us would aspire to be teachers and the rest of us would have to settle for something less, because passing civilization along from one generation to the next ought to be the highest honor and the highest responsibility anyone could have!
Happy First Day of School!
